Social Media Chanakya provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Branding & Content Creation
• IVR & Digital Communication Campaigns
• Related consulting and digital strategy services

The scope of services will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.

3. Marketing Communications Consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at support@adcenter.co.in or replying "STOP" to any communication.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Not misuse our website, services, or communications
• Not engage in any activity that may harm our reputation or systems
• Comply with all applicable laws while using our services

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are due as per the agreed schedule in the proposal or invoice
• Late payments may attract additional charges or suspension of services
• All fees are exclusive of applicable GST/taxes
• Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the specific Service Agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, strategies, reports, and materials created by Social Media Chanakya remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables as specified in the agreement will be transferred to the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Media Chanakya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best results, Social Media Chanakya does not guarantee specific outcomes from digital marketing campaigns, as results depend on market conditions, platform algorithms, and other external factors.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice as specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
